Stone house in Djurasevici, Tivat

Location

The Luštica peninsula is a great treasure of the Bay of Kotor, and the proud locals keep all its stories. One of the places on Luštica are Đuraševići where the house we present is located.

Đuraševići is located near the luxury complex Luštica Bay. The house is 2km away from the famous beach Plavi horizonti, 7km from Tivat Airport, and to the beautiful beach Račica you need only 1km. From some of the windows you can see the sea. An additional benefit is the immediate vicinity of the new main road that connects Luštica bay and Tivat, Kotor or Budva, which allows a very
fast frequency.

Structure

Although this stone house was originally built in the 1900s, it was last renovated in 2009. The house consists of three floors and has a total of 150m2. The ground floor consists of a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet. This area is connected to a private courtyard which has a barbecue and a comfortable sitting area. Within the cellar, the owners now store wines, and there is also a solid fuel boiler, which means that the house has central heating. On the second floor is a comfortable living room that has an authentic fireplace and opens onto a spacious stone terrace.
The third floor consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a comfortable bathroom.

In general, the house is comfortable, rustically equipped, has a cable network, air conditioning with central heating, Wi Fi and parking space. There is no green area in the yard, but a stone-paved area covered with vines, which provides shade during Spring and Summer.

The owner is selling the house fully equipped.

If you see your life or vacation in an authentic Montenegrin ambience, in a quiet, sunny place that is well infrastructurally connected to nearby towns and cities, this would be an ideal solution. The ethno appearance of the house and the whole settlement opens a goodopportunity to invest in ethno tourism.
